Which shipping company handles the shipments?

GLS Group is in charge of managing deliveries and pick-ups of your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Home orders are delivered in approximately 48/72 working hours from the time they leave our warehouse. Store orders are delivered in approximately 5/7 working days from the time they leave our warehouse. Please note that non-working days and weekends do not count towards the shipping period. These time periods may be affected during sales or special campaigns.

What shipping options are available and how much do they cost?

Home delivery: free in Peninsula from 40€. On orders below approximately from 3.95€.

Shipping to store: free of charge.

How will I know that my order is in store for pickup?

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is shipped to the store.

Subsequently, you will receive another message when it is ready to pick up.

Are the changes free of charge?

Yes, Polinesia.es will pay the shipping cost for the first exchange. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

Can I make changes in store?

Yes, at your nearest store. It is only necessary to present the email confirmation of the purchase where the order number appears. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

How should I proceed to request a change?

Request the collection of the items you wish to exchange through customer service by sending an email to atencionalcliente@plns.es or by calling 91 629 60 04. Indicate which item/s you wish to exchange. If there is stock to make the change, the product will be reserved. The carrier will pass by the address you indicate and as soon as your items arrive at our warehouse will proceed to send the new items for which you have made the change. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

Are returns free of charge?

Yes, Polinesia.es will pay the shipping cost for the first return or exchange.

Can returns be made in store?

Yes, in any of our stores except franchises. It is only necessary to present the purchase confirmation email where the order number appears. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

I would like to return by collection, how should I proceed?

Request the collection of the items you wish to return through customer service by sending an email to atencionalcliente@plns.es or by calling 91 629 60 04. The carrier will go to the address you specify and, as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount through the same payment method with which the order was placed. We remind you that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

What is the deadline for making a return?

During the 30 calendar days following your purchase.

Are shipping costs paid?

If your order has shipping costs, they will not be refunded. However, the return and exchange costs are borne by Polinesia.es.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the items in our warehouse, the amount of the items you have returned will be credited through the same method you used for payment.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

If there has been any error in the amount of your refund, please contact customer service by sending an email to atencionalcliente@plns.es or by calling 91 629 60 04 and we will solve it as quickly as possible.

Polinesia.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Legal right of withdrawal of the purchase

If you are contracting as a consumer and user through our online platform, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or in the event that the goods ordered are delivered separately will be taken into account the computation of the return of the 14 days, since you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

You can make use of the Model Cancellation Form attached as an ANNEX to this document, although its use is not mandatory. Always respecting and within the return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of purchase.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.

However, we are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to Tiendas Polinesia or Almacén Web without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. The delivery address is:

The company POLINESIA S.L.U. will assume the cost of returning the goods in the first return or exchange. If your order has transportation costs, they will not be refunded. However, the return and exchange costs are borne by Polinesia.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
